Every time my husband and I have gone in, he does red light therapy, we have been greeted with a smile and up-beat attitude. They are very knowledgeable about the beds and products that would work best with my skin tone. We both highly recommend PBT.

First time visit, Staff is amazing very tentative, professional and knowledgeable, Getting married in a couple months and needed to darken up a bit. Davina and her staff are all wonderful and keep the rooms clean the whole place smelled wonderful. however ownership should spend a little more money on keeping this place operational, the mens bathroom wasn't working at the time and for a business with one stall in the mens bathroom and one in the ladies its a bit of an inconvenience to have to use the ladies room. I'm sure the ladies don't appreciate it.

Pamela Kersten … I would like to address your review. I was here tanning or waiting to tan during your conversation with the employee at Palm beach tans…. First of all your issue for the tanning should be with your husband who is an adult and came in and chose what he wanted to do… As you stated it was for your husband you have no clue the conversation between him and this lovely young lady.. While I was there, she was very professional very courteous to you. However , you being in your mid 50s were very rude and condescending to the poor young lady… What this showed me is how not to act in public.. People are so rude, thinking it is OK to treat people this way. If you have a service you need to pay for it I felt you were wanting this for free ..These girls do not get paid enough to be abused by people like you…. Again, she was very professional very nice to you. You were the one that was rude and condescending, and should be embarrassed of yourself as an adult… She even stated to you that she told your husband the fee”s and that he went back out to the car to talk to you about it and came back in and agreed so again this issue should be between you and your husband if you could not afford the tan he should not have gotten it.. But for you to be that rude to the young lady and her to still be very professional, you should be ashamed of yourself….maybe next time you should Accompany your husband in anywhere so that he can get permission from you to spend any money on your card and you will know exactly what is said… Not just assume it was the young lady’s fault. It was more likely your adult husband’s fault…. And as for you telling your friends and everyone else not to go there that is rude.. But I’m sure your friends have seen this side of you before I would like to tell the young lady at Palm Beach you were amazing and did your job very professionally, as should be very proud of how you handled the situation.
